Who holds the information

Akabo Media Ltd publishes this page. Details you enter in the request form arrive with the publisher first and are then passed to NotNicoleXo so that a reading can be arranged. Both parties handle those details for that single purpose.

What is collected

The request form asks for a name, an email address, a phone number, a state or territory, a body type and, if you choose to give it, the odometer figure from an advertisement. Nothing else is required, and this page takes no card number, no bank details and no payment of any kind.

Why it is collected

To answer the request, to confirm a time for a reading, and to send the written report that follows it.

How the law applies

The publisher handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and takes account of guidance published by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Sharing

Details are shared between the publisher and the service for the purpose above, and are not sold to anybody. They are not passed to a vehicle registry or to any government body.

Retention

Requests are kept while a reading is being arranged and for the period afterwards that is needed to answer questions about it. After that they are deleted.

Access and correction

You may request a copy of what is on file, have an error fixed in it, or have the record deleted. Write to [email protected] and the request will be answered within a reasonable period.
